About the Opportunity

This is a great chance to develop your skills and expertise in customer service, working with diverse nationalities and technologies. As a mentor, you'll present product information and deliver solutions to customers' queries, ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfying.

You'll work closely with other departments, redirecting cases and issues as needed, while contributing to the success of your team. No prior experience in customer service? Don't worry - we'll train you on every aspect of the job, focusing on soft skills rather than specific fields of study.

Our Benefits
  • A competitive salary package, including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ - 1,000€ gross/month (based on level of experience) or excluding accommodation: 1,300 - 1,400€ gross/month (based on level of experience)
