Job Overview:In this role, you will provide expert support to hosts and guests seeking assistance from our Host Guarantee, Host Protection Insurance, and Experience Protection insurance. Your goal will be to deliver a seamless customer experience by resolving claims efficiently and fairly.
Responsibilities:- Handle designated inboxes through inbound and outbound tickets/emails, outbound calls, and case work.
- Investigate and resolve cases involving complex damages, liability claims, potential fraud, or brand risk.
- Determine resolutions based on internal policies and work closely with stakeholders to align on case strategy.
- Negotiate claims resolutions effectively and efficiently.
- Native proficiency in French and fluent English.
- Prior experience in Claims, fraud investigation, and/or risk analyses.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and empathetically.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
