The Role: As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, fostering long-lasting relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective support to customers via email, phone, and chat, ensuring that they receive accurate and complete information about our services, policies, and properties.
  • Building trust and rapport with customers by offering a personalized and enjoyable experience, proactively following up to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, representing Flex Living's values and commitment to quality in all interactions.
  • Resolving complex customer issues related to bookings, payments, or property concerns, coordinating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality, providing suggestions and insights to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements: Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, proficiency in CRM software, and a positive attitude.
