Descrição do Cargo

O Diretor de Marketing Estratégico será responsável por desenvolver estratégias de marketing alinhadas com os objetivos de crescimento da empresa, incluindo posicionamento no mercado, prospecção de clientes estratégicos, geração de receita e planejamento de lançamento (GTM). Ele liderará a equipe em definir objetivos e resultados-chave (OKRs), monitorando e relatando métricas de desempenho para trackear o progresso e o sucesso. Além disso, ele estabelecerá parcerias estratégicas com stakeholders internos para atrair clientes potenciais e aumentar a visibilidade da empresa no mercado.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e executar estratégias de marketing que atendam aos objetivos de crescimento da empresa;
  • Liderar a equipe em definir objetivos e resultados-chave (OKRs);
  • Monitorar e relatar métricas de desempenho para trackear o progresso e o sucesso;
  • Estabelecer parcerias estratégicas com stakeholders internos;
  • Planejar e executar campanhas de marketing digital e offline para gerar leads qualificados e melhorar as taxas de conversão.

Requisitos: Graduação em Marketing, Administração de Negócios ou áreas relacionadas. Experiência extensa em marketing e liderança, com pelo menos 10 anos na área. Preferencialmente, experiência no setor de tecnologia e produtos B2B.
