Sales and Process Associate - Czech Language Expert

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Process Associate to join our team at Genpact. As a Sales and Process Associate, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and product adoption across a diverse range of clients, focusing on the Czech language market.

Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth through scalable sales programs and strategic partnerships with clients and agencies.
• Collaborate with senior team members to generate leads, engage in outreach, and establish client relationships.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to target B2B clients through digital platforms.
• Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to measure campaign success.
• Provide general support in sales presentations, demonstrations, and customer communications.

Requirements
• Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of self-serve platforms, auctions, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying.
• Experience working in a sales or account management role with small businesses.
• Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
• Passion for social media/entertainment marketing, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient level of English and Czech language skills.
