Overview: We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our international team at Blu Selection in Porto. As a Sales Representative for Spotify, you will be responsible for expanding your knowledge in the sales area and effectively identifying and matching the right solution and buying channel for each advertising client.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in Spotify ad products and develop a deep understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Identify and match the right solution and buying channel for each advertising client, ensuring effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Manage a full sales cycle from lead identification to close, achieving monthly sales quotas and driving business growth.
  • Build and maintain a supportive community, acting as an anchor for everything Spotify Advertising.

Requirements:

  • You are a native French Speaker.
  • You have a passion for advertising and sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • You have completed your school education and possess a minimum of an English B2 level.
  • You have a valid work permit for Portugal.
  • You are open-minded and eager to work abroad, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

What We Offer:

  • A temporary, renewable contract for 12 months with a competitive salary.
  • Free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) or a monthly gross salary of 1240€.
  • Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight tickets back to your home country (within the EU).
