We leverage our technology to enable businesses to run various types of Flyering and Direct Mail campaigns. Our dedication to innovation drives the development of new channels, making offline marketing as measurable and scalable as online campaigns. Our mission is to help businesses achieve tangible results through offline marketing. We're currently seeking a Senior Product Manager with a growth mindset to drive product-led initiatives and shape our future.
What We're Looking For
We need a Senior Product Manager who can bring a strategic and entrepreneurial approach to our team. You'll be responsible for focusing on outcomes, driving measurable business impact, and helping the company scale by partnering with the tech team to maintain high pacing and quality.
You'll thrive at Oppizi if you:
  • Have proven experience with product growth (activation, retention, LTV, unit economics, PLG) launching and successfully growing products.
  • Master product discovery, constantly talking to users, reducing risk, directing teams for success, and aligning with stakeholders.
  • Know how to partner with tech teams to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
  • Are data-driven and know how to measure the success of product changes.
  • Are proactive, resourceful, energetic, and focused on delivering real business impact.
This role requires someone who can own the outcomes and navigate the complexities of a bootstrapped environment.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager at Oppizi, you will:
  • Lead growth-focused product initiatives, improving user adoption, retention, and LTV metrics.
  • Create new zero-to-one products.
  • Integrate partners and vendors to our platform.
  • Improve the product experience and convenience by integrating with key partners and platforms.
  • Collaborate with the tech lead to ensure the team maintains high pace and delivery quality.
  • Use data, user feedback, and analysis to identify opportunities, prioritize effectively, and track product impact.
  • Support Product-Led Growth strategies by ensuring the product itself drives adoption, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Align product efforts with company goals, ensuring each initiative delivers tangible business results.
  • Improve internal processes to increase team efficiency and reduce time to market.
  • Be hands-on in product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
  • Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Help to guide other product team members towards success.
Requirements What You Bring
We're looking for someone who's done more than manage backlogs—you've driven real business impact in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Mandatory: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in startups or scale-ups. Experience in early-stage product management, building products from scratch. Strong data skills—you understand key product metrics and know how to use them to guide decisions. Entrepreneurial mindset—you focus on outcomes, time to market, and ROI, not just delivering features. Proven ability to partner with tech leads to ensure efficient delivery and team pacing. Hands-on experience with PLG strategies (Reforge or ProductLed). Excellent communication skills—you can align stakeholders and simplify complex ideas; presenting your progress in front of an audience is your bread and butter. Experience with Jira, Figma, and Slack - Basic day-by-day working stack.
