About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative for Viaplay, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our subscribers via multiple communication channels.

You will guide users through account setup and login issues, troubleshoot streaming quality and content playback problems, and provide assistance on compatibility and device settings.

Additionally, you will help users manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and resolve billing issues.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to handle confidential information
  • An interest in movies, series, and sports
  • Previous experience in customer service (desired)

Working Hours

This is a part-time position, available from 9am-1pm or 5pm-9pm Monday to Sunday.
