About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Catawiki. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work closely with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in German and English languages
