  • Further responsibilities include providing product information and benefits to potential customers, converting inquiries into sales and passing them on to the respective department.
  • Staying up to date on product features, updates, and industry trends is crucial to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaboration with the sales and product teams will enhance product knowledge and facilitate effective communication of value propositions.
  • The specialist will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and relevant metrics.
Key Requirements
  • Strong listening and reasoning abilities, a 'can-do' attitude, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales-related software.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory; any other language is a plus.
