- The specialist will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and relevant metrics.
- Strong listening and reasoning abilities, a 'can-do' attitude, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales-related software.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory; any other language is a plus.
