Right now, we are looking for a Dutch speaking Service Desk Technician to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon, to provide world-class end-user support.
Your responsibilities include:
- Providing world class technical and functional support to End Users from our Customers via email, phone, self-service portal, etc.;
- Diagnosis and problem solving;
- Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) forwarding tickets to 2nd lines and partners/suppliers.
You must have:
- Fluency in Dutch (required);
- Fluency in English (required);
- Experience in user support (Service Desk, Helpdesk);
- Experience in Microsoft Office O365 tenant's management (We value certifications);
- Experience in Microsoft Intune management (We value certifications);
- Experience of Windows Operating Systems and MacOS;
- Experience managing Active Directory, Exchange and File Share;
- Knowledge of networking troubleshooting;
- Knowledge of Hardware and Peripherals.
