Right now, we are looking for a Dutch speaking Service Desk Technician to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon, to provide world-class end-user support.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing world class technical and functional support to End Users from our Customers via email, phone, self-service portal, etc.;
  • Diagnosis and problem solving;
  • Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) forwarding tickets to 2nd lines and partners/suppliers.

You must have:

  • Fluency in Dutch (required);
  • Fluency in English (required);
  • Experience in user support (Service Desk, Helpdesk);
  • Experience in Microsoft Office O365 tenant's management (We value certifications);
  • Experience in Microsoft Intune management (We value certifications);
  • Experience of Windows Operating Systems and MacOS;
  • Experience managing Active Directory, Exchange and File Share;
  • Knowledge of networking troubleshooting;
  • Knowledge of Hardware and Peripherals.
