We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Excellence Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the success of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration with our semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT.

The Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will oversee the day-to-day management and administration of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. You will develop and implement a long-term strategy for the ServiceNow platform, aligning it with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

You will identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, working with stakeholders to implement changes that enhance the platform's efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will manage relationships with ServiceNow vendors and partners, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field of study;
  • At least three years of working experience as a ServiceNow Platform Owner or a similar role;
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform;
  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrades, customizations, and integrations with a focus on staying in the latest version and keeping the system as out of the box as possible;
  • Familiarity with ITIL, especially incident and change management;
  • Knowledge of HR, Finance, and Procurement processes and systems, with the ability to understand and address each need;
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
