At Ericsson, we are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our Emergency Recovery Centre (ERC) team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to step up into leadership roles and leverage their technical expertise to resolve complex customer issues.

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented professional to take part in fault isolation of network and solution-level issues, and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical and leadership support services to customers during emergencies and post-mortem phases.

  • Provide emergency handling services and be accountable for restoring customer systems in the shortest possible time.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of customer support experience.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in Telecom Products (e.g. 5GC, EPC, Cloud, IMS, etc.).
  • Broad solution and networking experience in a Telecom domain preferably in E2E network-level troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated leadership, excellent analytical & problem-solving capability, and negotiation skills.
