Automaise offers a suite of off-the-shelf products designed to streamline customer service operations capable of delivering automation rates above 80%.

About You

We are looking for a creative person who can turn a message into words, and pictures, that tell a compelling story that differentiates Automaise from the crowd in a captivating and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audience Generation: Develop and execute strategies to nurture and expand audience relationships across multiple channels.
  • Leverage content, email marketing, social media, and personalized outreach to drive ongoing engagement.
  • Implement tactics to convert engaged audiences into leads.
Logistics & On-Site Execution
  • Oversee event planning logistics, including venue coordination, catering, and AV setup.
  • Manage event materials such as banners, brochures, merchandise, and ID badges.
  • Ensure seamless execution on the day of the event, including registration and attendee experience.
Post-Event Engagement & Follow-Up
  • Coordinate post-event surveys, lead nurturing, and follow-ups with attendees.
  • Analyze event performance and suggest improvements for future events.

We expect you to have:

  • BS/BA degree, or higher, in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or related field.
  • Natural communicator, able to build relationships effortlessly and adapt conversations to different audiences.
  • Content creation skills, with the ability to translate tech concepts into clear, engaging, and compelling messages.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach, unafraid to pick up the phone and drive actions to get things done.
  • Driven and action-oriented, someone who takes initiative, embraces challenges, and isn't afraid to make things happen.
  • Fluent Portuguese and English-speaker; Spanish is a plus.
