Novel Europe is a leading provider of data analytics solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting internal stakeholders and C-level executives with data-driven insights.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Looker for internal and executive-level consumption
- Manage and optimize data workflows within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery
- Perform SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data effectively
- Collaborate with various internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver insightful solutions
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reports
- Support decision-making processes by providing meaningful data visualizations and analytics
- Work closely with leadership to drive efficiencies in data reporting and insights
Requirements:
- Mid-Level Experience (3+ years)
- Strong experience with Power BI, Looker, SQL, GCP, and BigQuery
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
- Self-Sufficiency: Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus for cultural fit but not mandatory
