We are committed to delivering high-quality medical devices that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Our Surgical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive portfolio of products, including energy devices, wound closure, endo-mechanical, cardiothoracic, gyne, urology, and thyroid biosurgery surgical devices. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a deep understanding of clinical procedures and technical information.

Role Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle. This involves interacting and promoting products to key customers and stakeholders, preparing the launch of new products, and identifying mutually beneficial opportunities to sell key technologies in the surgical procedural environment.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong networks of relationships with healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for product placement and promotion.
  • Present brand value propositions and value-added customer solutions to positively influence buying behaviors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Attend live patient cases/surgeries to understand clinical procedures and product platforms.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (nursing, pharmacy, etc.) or Business Administration, 5 years of work experience within sales in the healthcare industry, and fluency in Portuguese language.
