About the Role
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Order Management related to supply chain operations, e-commerce, or a start-up environment. They will be responsible for managing backlogs, resolving fulfilment issues, and driving process improvements by identifying system inefficiencies and supporting automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee order fulfilment, ensuring accurate processing, timely invoicing, and issue resolution in OMS platforms.
- Manage backlogs, providing regular reports, reducing order delays, and collaborating with logistics to resolve fulfilment issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for Customer Service, Sales, and internal teams regarding operational queries and escalations.
- Drive process improvements by identifying system inefficiencies, reporting bugs, and supporting automation initiatives.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work under pressure. They should also have great MS Excel skills and be familiar with platforms such as Fluent Commerce and Tableau. Fluency in English is required, with German, French, or Italian being an asset.
