We are looking for a talented Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Fluent Spanish and Italian Speaker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
About the Job:
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media
- Solve problems, offer solutions, and make customers feel valued and understood
- Work closely with our team, including Team Leaders, Managers, and the Customer Success Team
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and Italian (both mandatory) and English
- Experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role (ideally 1+ year)
- Comfortable with Microsoft 365
- Energetic, assertive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
