  2. Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  3. Processing hotel bookings and handling any necessary changes

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales or sales support roles, preferably within the Hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with hospitality software and systems
