Your Key Responsibilities
- Pursue property acquisition opportunities that align with our business strategy.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure efficient lead follow-up.
- Analyze market trends to inform business decisions and optimize growth.
- Negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business expansion.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure effective lead generation and strategic alignment.
About You
- You have 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in short-term rentals, tourism, or real estate.
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building trust with clients and partners.
- You are fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).
- You are proactive and autonomous, able to manage leads and close deals independently.
