The Role

As a key member of our central team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive operational excellence in our fleet operations. This includes creating and deploying global operating models, standardizing operational procedures, and analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies that shape our global operating model
  • Create standard operational procedures for central and local teams
  • Analyze operational data to create insights that inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and refine models that create the basis for decision-making
  • Contribute to the design of operational processes, policies, and procedures
  • Implement and coordinate strategic projects
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt and apply central strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Economics, or similar field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a strategic consulting firm or operations department
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and results-oriented
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus
