International Business Development Executive

goFLUENT Group is a leading provider of language solutions, and we are seeking a highly motivated International Business Development Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing the Russian market by prospecting potential clients and identifying decision-makers.
Your goal is to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and qualifying potential clients
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Developing strategies to pursue sales leads
- Closing deals and growing existing business
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales (HR services, recruitment, financial, professional services and similar)
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Relevant experience in Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry is a plus
