Customer Support Specialist in Porto

As a Customer Support Specialist at Cross Border Talents, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and resolving issues through various channels. You will work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Guide customers through product features and functionalities to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide excellent customer support.
- Identify and communicate recurring customer issues to the product and development teams.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company updates, and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices within the team.
Requirements:
- French Native
- English B2 level
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
