The Role: Senior Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the implementation of our ERP solutions into customer environments. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for orchestrating successful project deliveries, achieving agreed-upon timelines and budgets, meeting customer requirements, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and drive projects to successful completion, ensuring project plans and deliverables align with scope outlines;
  • Collaborate closely with assigned project team members, including architects, consultants, and global teams, to create project plans and work breakdown structures consistent with Unit4's best practices;
  • Manage project team members, applying Unit4 and professional best practices;
  • Maintain out-of-scope requests, working with customers and the Unit4 account team to scope and cost additional opportunities;
  • Ensure work is not performed outside contracted scope without proper change order documentation accepted by the client;
  • Update weekly project schedules, identifying risks, issues, tasks, and dependencies; track progress against project initiation documents and SOW baselines;
  • Collaborate with Unit4 resource management teams to staff each project appropriately;
  • Maintain accurate weekly revenue and cost forecasts for each project;
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders, escalating risks and issues as necessary;
  • Maintain and archive key project documents in appropriate systems;
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A senior professional accountable for successful delivery of strategic customer engagements;
  • Ability to multitask, managing cross-functional teams to deliver scoped outcomes across multiple projects;
  • Proven team leadership experience over large-scale technical engagements;
  • Excellent communication skills, influencing at senior levels within Unit4 and with customers;
  • Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment and achieve desired outcomes;
  • Product proficiency, achieved through appropriate Unit4 professional certifications;
  • Leadership skills, forming and managing cross-functional teams;
  • Evidence of successful relationship building within Unit4 teams;
  • Collaborative spirit, sharing best practice knowledge across regional PM teams;
