As a Recruitment Talent Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our client's needs. Your primary responsibility will be to source and engage with potential candidates, build talent pipelines, and support our Recruitment Specialists.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates;">
  • Conducting thorough research to build a talent pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs;">
  • Reviewing candidate resumes and applications to assess their qualifications and alignment with job requirements;">
  • Conducting preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates' interest, motivation, and basic qualifications;">
  • Providing regular updates on the status of sourcing efforts and sharing potential candidate profiles with the Recruitment Specialists to continue the recruitment process;">
  • Attending ongoing training to ensure top performance;">
  • Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, working within a defined team;">
  • Contributing positively to the company's culture and working environment.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Recruitment Talent Acquisitions Specialist, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);">
  • Ideal experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role;">
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools;">

  • Proficient level of English; any additional language would be a plus;">
