We're looking for a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business objectives and mapping solutions for our clients. You'll work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver recommendations and ensure customer success.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of Zendesk's products and services. You'll also work with customers to provide consultation, demos, and standard processes on Zendesk product capabilities.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
