We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Hybrid Customer Success Professional to join our team in Lisbon. As a Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights that enhance the customer experience and contribute to business success.

Your primary responsibilities will include adoption & onboarding, account management, customer advocacy & campaigns, and customer feedback & analysis. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of smaller accounts, identifying high-potential clients, and owning client relationships from their first transaction onward.

You will also be responsible for identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and usage patterns. In addition, you will work closely with the Product team to relay insights for product enhancements.
