Estimated Salary: €601.12 per month (gross), based on the FCT scholarship values awarded directly by the Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology.
Job Description:
- Participate in the EUROCC2 project as a Research Grant student, contributing to the development of National Competence Centres in the framework of EuroHPC Phase 2.
- Work closely with the Competence Centre for Visualisation of Advanced Computing (CCVCAUTAD) team, focusing on surveying libraries and models for HPC, creating HPC environments, parallelizing applications, and testing HPC applications for various problem types.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a professional higher technical course, undergraduate, integrated master's or master's degree in Computer Science, according to the FCT Research Scholarship Regulation (RBI no 950/2019).
Benefits:
- A monthly maintenance allowance corresponding to €601.12, ensuring a stable financial foundation for research activities.
- The opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with experienced researchers and gaining expertise in High-Performance Computing (HPC).
Others:
- Selection will be based on Curricular Assessment and Interview, with a 50% valuation for each component.
- The final results will be publicized through a ranked list posted on the UTAD Campus online.
