Job Description
As a Technician Production Support, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting our systems, building and enhancing monitoring tools to prevent and resolve issues quickly. You will work closely with traders, developers, and other stakeholders to implement continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support our production systems
- Deploy changes with precision to ensure minimal disruption to services
- Work closely with stakeholders to implement process improvements
- Manage incidents and report on results to maintain high service levels
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Administrative knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix systems
- Experience with Java Tomcat and Microsoft IIS Application Servers
- Knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle Server databases
- Good understanding of security concepts and IT design principles
- Programming skills in VBA
- Fluency in English and good level of French
