Regional Sales Development Manager for Consumer Tires in Southern Portugal

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in South Portugal. This role will be responsible for strengthening our sales presence in the region, building relationships with key customers, and increasing market share through effective customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including workshops and independent retailers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
- Strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tire industry
- Proven ability to create new customer relationships and grow existing ones
- Entrepreneurial attitude and ambition to succeed
- Excellent social skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
