As a Business Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial teams by analyzing industry trends and assisting with activity preparation and planning.

  • You will be responsible for monitoring digital transformation trends and current affairs of our main customers, providing valuable insights to inform our business strategies.
  • Analyze and summarize reports and accounts from key clients, identifying areas of growth and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and segment potential customers according to Devoteam's offer, using data-driven insights to drive sales growth.
  • Assist with event preparation, including managing invitations and lead allocation, ensuring seamless execution of events.
  • Support contract management, ensuring timely provision of purchase orders, invoicing, and payment monitoring, maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage Sales Team activity plan, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to meet business objectives.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also support the team in developing business strategies, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Your ability to work proactively, think critically, and solve problems efficiently will be essential in achieving these goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in Management or a related field, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should also be organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and have good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at €30,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
