- Gerenciar as reservas do hotel de forma eficiente;
- Fornecer informações valiosas aos clientes sobre a sua estadia e os serviços disponíveis;
- Colaborar com outros departamentos para garantir a satisfação dos nossos clientes.
Os candidatos devem ter:
- Habilidades comunicativas fortes em Inglês e outras línguas;
