At Randstad Portugal, we're seeking a highly skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Parque das Nacoes. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading company in the aerospace industry and contribute to its success.

The estimated salary for this role is around €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual who can manage TOP LEVEL and detailed scheduling for engineering activities. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Unified Planning Detailed Schedule updates;
  • Following up interdependencies and overall planning;
  • Anticipating main risks and issues due to planning evolution;
  • Supporting the Chief Engineer's office in coordinating engineering activities;
  • Controlling deviations in schedule and budgets (manHours);
  • Supporting the Chief Engineer's office in budgeting processes and controlling programs;
  • Being the focal point within Engineering for other organizations involved in the program (Programmes, Operations, Services, ...) scheduling tasks;

You will also be involved in planning tasks, supporting activities such as:

  • Execution of annual budget OP/EACs/Forecast;
  • Coordination and management of budget (WL) deltas/roll over;
  • Eng. Offers coordination from KoM to delivery to finance for formalization;
  • Workload management;
  • Plans and WL control;
  • SAP Management.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, making decisions that drive results and meet deadlines.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent;
  • Experience in Engineering;
  • Integrated Planning within Engineering will be valuable;
  • Project Management experience;
  • Advanced English;
  • Spanish and/or German will be valuable.
