Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for completing daily follow-up calls and emails with clients, assisting the sales team with their workload, responding to inbound phone calls, and maintaining an organized workflow.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, native English proficiency, customer care/call center experience, and availability for flexible scheduling.
