Key Responsibilities:- Scout new leads and identify opportunities in existing and new markets
- Establish relationships with potential clients and negotiate win-win agreements
- Deliver impactful pitches and presentations that showcase our innovative solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for our organizers
- Stay ahead of the competition by identifying and managing company risks
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development with a proven track record of closing deals
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, persuasive communication, and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with SaaS and productivity tools
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
