Job Overview:We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to provide administrative support to our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing digital and physical documents, monitoring and updating databases, and assisting in reviewing and updating internal policies.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. They will also possess knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel, and a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
Your Key Accountabilities:
- Organize and manage digital and physical documents efficiently
- Monitor and update different databases and internal platforms
- Assist in reviewing and updating internal policies and documentation
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries with clarity
Requirements:
- Minimum level of secondary education (12th grade)
- Previous experience in Human Resources (preferred)
- At least 1 year's experience in a similar administrative role (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
