We have welcomed over 300,000 travelers from 169 countries, who have rented more than one million nights through our platform. Our diverse range of services includes short-term RV rentals, long-term campervan subscriptions, and vehicle sales.

The Role

This Regional Operations Coordinator position plays a crucial role in executing regional processes and managing local depots in Central Europe.

  • Execute daily operations to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Own the execution of end-to-end processes that support these objectives, including real estate expansion projects, day-to-day property management, health and safety norms, and partner procurement.

You will be responsible for coordinating your actions with fellow region colleagues and local operations teams to achieve direct impact on results.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Become an expert in local operational procedures and contribute to their evolution and adaptation to the region.
  • Assist regional and local operation leadership in achieving operational results.
  • Be the regional point of contact and maintain ongoing relationships with local partners and suppliers, ensuring quality and throughput meet defined standards.
  • Execute regional stock replenishment procedures for smooth operation.
  • Understand and contribute to the evolution of all real-estate standards, creating a physical reality that enables local operations to excel.
  • Procure and negotiate suppliers.
  • Lead the expansion of our network through real estate procurement and supplier negotiations.
About You

We are looking for individuals with a background in business, engineering, or similar education.

  • Take initiative to address operational needs and ensure smooth workflows, preferably with experience in procurement execution and supplier management.
  • Organized and analytical, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and look at data to drive actions.
  • Attention to detail and precision in execution, while being adaptable and resilient in unforeseen events.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and external partners, with fluent English as a requirement. Fluency in German and/or Italian is highly desirable.
