At Porcelanosa Grupo, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who can thrive in a dynamic sales environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors' activities, product ranges, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting procedures regarding all business activities.
  • Achieve set sales targets, aiming to exceed both monthly and annual targets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the building materials or tile industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ambitious and driven individual with a passion for sales and business development.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
