Job Title: Agile Project Coordinator - Payment Solutions

Role Overview:

You will be the driving force behind Agile practices and methodologies, ensuring cross-functional teams deliver high-quality products efficiently. Your primary responsibility is to coach and guide teams through the Scrum framework, fostering a collaborative environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team focused and productive.
  • Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and resolve obstacles or blockers that may hinder the team's progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Coach and Mentor Teams: Guide the team in understanding Agile principles and Scrum practices, helping them to self-organize and perform at their highest potential.
  • Protect the Team: Shield the team from external distractions and unplanned work, ensuring they can focus on sprint goals.
  • Foster Collaboration: Encourage open communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders, promoting a healthy, cooperative team dynamic.
  • Track Progress and Metrics: Utilize tools like JIRA to track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Drive retrospectives to identify areas for process improvement, ensuring that teams are consistently learning and evolving.
  • Facilitate Communication: Act as a bridge between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear, timely communication and alignment on goals.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing Agile teams, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other tools used for tracking sprint progress and team performance.
