Job Title: Pension Administrator - Belgian Pension Fund Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administrator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Belgian pension funds, managing administrative processes such as data and calculation processes, preparing affiliate letters, and collaborating with international teams.

In addition to administrative tasks, you will have the chance to add value to the company by performing other responsibilities including:

  • Collaborating with standardized recurring tasks/processes within the team
  • Processing business transactions such as new affiliations, uploading new data or changes; checking client data, calculating contributions, preparing payments, treating leavers/retirements; preparing files for consultants
  • Acting as a point of reference on technical issues and non-standard cases
  • Documenting conducted process steps
  • Supporting implementation of new customers in our pension administration system
  • Utilizing WTW admin tools and MS Office applications for efficient customer management

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A high school diploma or academic degree
  • Fluency in English, Dutch, and/or French
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A can-do approach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel

Salary Range: The estimated salary range for this position is €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
