Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from various sources to identify trends, behaviors, and insights.
  2. Develop detailed audience segments based on customer data to tailor marketing strategies and campaigns.
  3. Support marketing automation by developing and managing data-driven marketing strategies.
  4. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into customer engagement metrics.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in data analysis tools and platforms such as SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms including setting up and managing automated workflows and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
