Account Executive

At goFLUENT, we are seeking an experienced Account Executive to play a key role in developing our business activities in the Education sector. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing our market territory by prospecting clients, identifying decision-makers, and closing meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and understand prospects' business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.
- Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
- Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from key client accounts.
- Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high-potential deals.
- Participate in exhibitions and events.
- Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2Edu sales.
- Good to have SaaS and international experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect Education organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Proactive, personable, hard-working, and easily adaptable.
- Experience using LinkedIn.
- Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus.
- At least B2 English level is a must.
- Native Portuguese speaker.
- Be available to work 4 days a week at the office.

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2Edu sales.
