About the RoleThe Sales Professional will be responsible for discovering sales opportunities, building strong relationships, and closing deals. This role involves managing a portfolio of small business clients, offering tailored solutions that meet their needs and help them grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing clients via phone, chat, and email to uncover sales opportunities and provide customized solutions
- Use a consultative sales approach to help clients achieve their sales objectives
- Manage a portfolio of small business clients to drive revenue growth
- Tailor outreach efforts based on each client's unique needs and goals
- Research market trends and industry needs to develop relevant sales strategies
- Provide expert recommendations to help clients maximize their sales potential
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure long-term success
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to offer the best solutions to clients
- Offer pre-and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and success
- Track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and offer feedback to enhance sales efforts
- Share success stories to inspire confidence in clients and showcase the impact of our solutions
- Utilize sales tools to communicate effectively and drive success
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Fluent in Polish (C2 level)
- At least one year of experience in Sales
- EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising
- Eager to learn and grow within the industry
