Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients and listings to build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations to discerning clients.
  • Utilize online search tools, company resources, and professional networks to procure properties that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate and defend client interests to successfully close sales.
  • Stay informed about market trends and best practices.
  • Attend industry events to expand professional networks.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in sectors like real estate, architecture, or hospitality.
  • Real estate experience is advantageous, but we seek dedicated, trustworthy profiles with talent and a willingness to support our growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with international clients.
  • Resilience, motivation, and ambition to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent results.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is beneficial.
