**Job Overview:**

This Sales Nurturing Professional will be responsible for leading engagement with leads sourced through various channels and supporting the onboarding and training of new team members.

As a representative of TransPerfect, this individual will ensure clear, engaging, and efficient communication while helping to build the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospect and generate leads to set appointments for TransPerfect sales teams.
  2. Identify new business opportunities by scheduling meetings with sales representatives.
  3. Understand potential clients' needs and recommend suitable TransPerfect solutions.
  4. Effectively communicate TransPerfect's solutions and value proposition in English.
  5. Maintain CRM data to optimize lead sources and revenue generation.
  6. Adhere to nurturing processes to support data-driven marketing strategies.
  7. Work with sales managers to develop conversion-driven strategies.
  8. Create promotional materials such as brochures and flyers.
  9. Provide accurate internal and external communications.
  10. Support onboarding and training of new team members.
  11. Back up the Sales Nurturing Professional in their absence.
  12. Meet sales lead generation and appointment quotas.

  3. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Detailed-oriented and committed to excellence.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  3. 5-8 years' experience as an SDR or BDR.
  4. Ability to work on-site full-time from our Lisbon office.
