**Job Overview:**
This Sales Nurturing Professional will be responsible for leading engagement with leads sourced through various channels and supporting the onboarding and training of new team members.
As a representative of TransPerfect, this individual will ensure clear, engaging, and efficient communication while helping to build the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads to set appointments for TransPerfect sales teams.
- Identify new business opportunities by scheduling meetings with sales representatives.
- Understand potential clients' needs and recommend suitable TransPerfect solutions.
- Effectively communicate TransPerfect's solutions and value proposition in English.
- Maintain CRM data to optimize lead sources and revenue generation.
- Adhere to nurturing processes to support data-driven marketing strategies.
- Work with sales managers to develop conversion-driven strategies.
- Create promotional materials such as brochures and flyers.
- Provide accurate internal and external communications.
- Support onboarding and training of new team members.
- Back up the Sales Nurturing Professional in their absence.
- Meet sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Industry knowledge and commitment to staying updated on trends.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
- Detailed-oriented and committed to excellence.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- 5-8 years' experience as an SDR or BDR.
- Ability to work on-site full-time from our Lisbon office.
