  • Engage with new and existing clients via phone and email, identifying opportunities for growth and developing tailored advertising strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of small business clients, focusing on driving revenue and maximizing their advertising success.
  • Conduct research into client industries, understanding their challenges and providing insights to inform advertising decisions.
  • Present and sell customized solutions that meet client goals, overcoming objections and negotiating successfully.
  • Proactively monitor and assess campaign performance, offering recommendations to optimize results.
  • Become an expert in all advertising products and solutions, advising clients on the best use for their business.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and offer creative ideas to support clients' long-term success.
