Medical Affairs Trainee Role

The Medical Affairs Trainee is an integral part of the Medical Department, offering the opportunity to work within the Neurology and Rare Diseases Therapeutic Areas, with a particular focus on Multiple Sclerosis and Spinal Muscular Atrophy.

This internship provides a valuable platform for developing communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Medical Department activities, and deepening scientific knowledge within the Therapeutic Areas. It is an excellent opportunity for hands-on learning and professional growth in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support in the management of medical meetings and medical education projects.
  • Assist with the review and approval of medical materials in Veeva Inscite.
  • Oversee and manage ESE documentation.
  • Contribute to the management and coordination of clinical studies.
  • Support medical omnichannel activities and initiatives.
  • Participate in the daily operations of the various functions within the Medical Affairs department.
  • Accompany Medical Liaison Managers (MLMs) during face-to-face interactions, medical briefings, or clinical sessions.
  • Assist in managing and responding to medical information queries.

With a strong background in scientific studies and medical affairs-related fields, you excel in creating scientific materials, collaborating across teams, and taking ownership of responsibilities. Your methodical approach and enthusiasm for continuous learning drive your ability to deliver impactful contributions in dynamic environments.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
