We are seeking an exceptional Primary School Founder who will lead the development of our school's values-driven approach to education. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a strong foundation for our school, aligning with the company's mission to improve access to outstanding education.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary educator to join our founding team and shape the future of education. As Founding Head of Primary, you will work closely with the Founding Principal to establish a world-class education system that inspires academic excellence, creativity, and critical thinking.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing a curriculum that reflects the unique character of our school and its commitment to social responsibility. Your expertise will help us create a learning environment that fosters a love of learning, encourages innovative thinking, and empowers students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a values-driven curriculum that promotes academic excellence and social responsibility
  • Establish a strong leadership team to support the growth and development of our school
  • Work closely with the Founding Principal to achieve our vision for the school
  • Maintain high standards of teaching and learning across all subjects and age groups
  • Contribute to the development of our school's policies and procedures

Requirements:

To succeed as our Founding Head of Primary, you will need:

  • A strong track record of senior leadership experience in education
  • Proven ability to develop and implement innovative curricula
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep understanding of the National Curriculum for England and Wales
  • A commitment to safeguarding and child protection

What We Offer:

We offer a highly competitive salary package, including a base salary of £65,000 per annum, plus benefits such as:
