Company Overview
Project A Ventures is a multinational company with a team of bright individuals in Lisbon. We are looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and help our portfolio companies grow their userbase.

The Job
In this role, you will conceive and execute marketing strategies across various growth channels (organic and paid) for diverse portfolio companies with different business models. You will demonstrate a solid understanding of Growth Marketing channels and platforms, including Facebook ads, Google search ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads, and YouTube ads.

You will test landing pages and creatives to align with KPIs such as CPO, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and incrementally develop innovative account structures and strategies to achieve business goals. You will also evaluate performance through analysis, create reports to support data-driven actions and hypotheses, and liaise and communicate effectively with various stakeholders about campaign and market development.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of Growth Marketing, preferably in a start-up environment. You should be passionate about both B2C and B2B and have a good understanding of Growth Marketing and its different channels and platforms. Confidence in working with numbers, analyzing and interpreting data, and a strong ability to implement basic tracking are essential skills. Proficiency in relevant AI and automation techniques, adaptability to fast-paced environments and challenging situations, and excellent communication skills are also required. Fluency in English and Portuguese is necessary, while other languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Danish, or Swedish are a bonus.
