About the Role:
TLC Marketing Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Director to join our team. As a key member of our growth-focused team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious targets through long-term, high-value partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure large loyalty, marketing, and engagement program opportunities with blue-chip clients across sectors such as FMCG, retail, financial services, and telecoms. Work closely with C-suite and senior marketing/sales executives to understand their strategic goals, pain points, and vision. Position TLC's innovative solutions as the ideal fit.

What We're Looking For:
Consultative sales approach with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Significant B2B sales experience, ideally in the loyalty, marketing, or customer engagement space. In-depth knowledge of industries such as FMCG, financial services, telecoms, and subscription businesses. Strong business acumen and ability to translate client challenges into tailored TLC solutions.
